§ 5 Expert Use
(1) The products offered are intended exclusively for knowledgeable users, workshops, developers and persons with corresponding technical knowledge.
(2) The customer is responsible for checking the suitability, compatibility and usability of the purchased files for their use case.
(3) The Provider assumes no responsibility for incorrect application, programming, installation or use by the customer or third parties.
§ 6 Restrictions on Use
(1) All files provided are used exclusively at the customer's own responsibility.

§ 7 Prices and Payment Terms

§ 8 Right of Withdrawal for Digital Content
(1) The customer expressly agrees that the Provider begins performance of the contract before expiry of the statutory withdrawal period.
(2) The customer confirms awareness that the right of withdrawal expires upon complete provision of the digital content in accordance with statutory provisions.
(3) After digital content has been provided, return, cancellation or refund is excluded to the extent permitted by law.
§ 9 Warranty
(1) Statutory warranty rights apply.
(2) In particular, there is no defect if problems are attributable to incorrect installation, incorrect use, incompatible hardware, changes by third parties or improper use.
§ 10 Liability
