The Immo OFF Service is the individual order variant for vehicles whose control unit is not yet in our standard file stock ()Immo OFF files) is listed – including trucks and agricultural machinery. You send us your original file and vehicle data, we check the feasibility and process the immobilizer deactivation individually.

Suitable for workshops and keepers with rarer control units, commercial vehicles and agricultural machinery, where no pre-made file is available.

What is included – what is not?

Coverage

  • Individual check of your submitted file for feasibility
  • Processing of immobiliser deactivation
  • Return of the file by e-mail for self-programming

Not included

  • No guarantee of success before testing – some control units are technically unprocessable
  • No flash tool or on-site service

How does the order proceed?

  1. Choose suitable service (car/van or truck & agricultural machine)
  2. Submit original file and vehicle/control unit data
  3. Feasibility testing by our team
  4. Processing and return of the file by e-mail

Format & Expiry Details

  • File format: Bin file or tool-native format, depending on the control unit – is coordinated when ordering
  • Delivery: by e-mail, usually within 24–48 hours
  • Entry required: Original file read in full and control unit hardware/software number
  • Revision policy: If processing after examination is not possible, there are no processing costs; if the result deviates, we will correct it free of charge.

The finished files in our catalogue are already processed control units. The service covers cases where your specific control unit is not yet listed and must be checked individually.

Are trucks and agricultural machinery also supported?

Yes, via the Truck & Agricultural Immo OFF File Service variant, we also process commercial vehicle and agricultural machinery control units.

What happens if processing is not possible?

We will check every request before processing. If deactivation is technically not possible, we will inform you before processing costs arise.
