AdBlue / SCR-OFF files

One AdBlue/SCR-OFF file is a processed control unit file in which the SCR exhaust aftertreatment system (AdBlue injection) is deactivated on the software side, thereby eliminating the AdBlue consumption and associated error codes/power reductions in the case of an empty AdBlue tank or a defective SCR system. Only intended for use off public roads (Off-Road, Export, Motorsport).

The offer is aimed at operators of commercial vehicles, agricultural and construction machinery and off-road vehicles with a defective or uneconomically repairable SCR system, which are used outside public road traffic.

How does the order proceed?

  1. Read control unit (bench or OBD, depending on the vehicle)
  2. Submit original file and control unit data
  3. Processing by our team
  4. Return of the AdBlue/SCR-OFF file by e-mail

Format & Expiry Details

  • File format: Bin file or tool-native format, depending on the control unit – is coordinated when ordering
  • Delivery: by e-mail, usually within 24–48 hours
  • Entry required: Original file read in full and control unit hardware/software number
  • Revision policy: If AdBlue error codes continue to occur after processing, we will check the file again and correct it free of charge.

Frequent questions about AdBlue/SCR-OFF files

Is a AdBlue-OFF file legal?

The file is intended for use only on non-public roads (Off-Road, Export, Motorsport).

What happens to the error codes after processing?

The AdBlue-related error codes and performance reductions are suppressed on the software side, so that the vehicle runs normally without AdBlue refilling.

Can I return to the original file later?

Yes, on request we will deliver the original file for the backup in addition to the AdBlue-OFF file.

Which vehicles are supported?

Currently, among others Renault Trafic, Range Rover Sport, Opel Insignia/Combo, Mercedes Sprinter/Vito and MAN-LKW.
