How does the order proceed?

1. Indicate vehicle and control unit data (hardware/software number, if known)
2. Availability in the stock is checked
3. Delivery of the file by e-mail

Format & Expiry Details

• File format: Bin file or tool-native format, depending on the control unit – is coordinated when ordering
• Delivery: by e-mail, usually within 24–48 hours
• Entry required: Original file read in full and control unit hardware/software number
• Revision policy: If the file read out by OBD is faulty, we check the cause and provide a corrected version free of charge.

What distinguishes a OBD file from a normal original file?

The content is identical – the difference lies in the readout method: via OBD interface without dismantling instead of via bench/boot on the dismantled control unit.

Can I get the file without repairer?

Yes, if your control unit is OBD accessible, you only need a OBD read-out tool, no extension.

Is my VW controller likely to be available?

VW/Audi vehicles with Bosch EDC17 are the largest share in this stock – the probability of a match is high.
