Immo OFF files (deactivate immobilizer)

One Immo OFF file is an individually processed control unit file in which the immobilizer function is permanently deactivated – the engine then starts without the matching original transponder key. We process the file individually based on the vehicle and control unit data (hardware/software number) and deliver it for self-programming with your own flash tool or diagnostic device.

The offer is aimed at workshops and vehicle owners whose immobilizer is defective, whose only transponder key has been lost, or who have installed a used control unit without a suitable key. We currently use 199 to store immo-OFF files for common control units that have already been processed.

How does the order proceed?

  1. Read control unit via OBD or after expansion and save original file
  2. Transfer file together with vehicle and control unit data (HW/SW number) to us
  3. Processing by our team in Berlin
  4. Return of the Immo OFF file by e-mail
  5. Programming with your own flash tool or diagnostic device

Format & Expiry Details

  • File format: Bin file or tool-native format, depending on the control unit – is coordinated when ordering
  • Delivery: by e-mail, usually within 24–48 hours
  • Entry required: Original file read in full and control unit hardware/software number
  • Revision policy: If the file does not fit your control unit after the check, we will correct it free of charge.

How long does it take to edit an Immo OFF file?

As a rule, we deliver the processed file within 24–48 hours after receiving your original file and control unit data by e-mail.

Is an Immo OFF file legal for the street?

Deactivating the immobilizer is only for vehicles with a defective immobilizer, anti-theft exercise vehicles or off-road use.

What file do I need to read?

We need the complete original file from the control unit, read out by OBD or Bench, as well as hardware and software number for a clear assignment.

What if my control unit is not in the list?

Send us the original file and control unit data – we check individually whether processing is possible, even outside the already listed inventory.

Can I program the file myself?

Yes, you will receive the finished file for flashing with your own tool. A guide and support for queries are included in the price.
